French croissant


Crisp and flaky on the outside with a soft, buttery texture inside, a freshly baked croissant is almost impossible to resist. We only use French butter from the province of Normandy to create the traditional laminated dough of 27 layers which results in the light and airy texture characteristic of French croissants. Our croissants are made with Italian 00 soft wheat flour, Normandy butter, whole milk, yeast and caster sugar


Baked fresh on the morning of delivery. Weight per croissant approximately 60 grams.
