Caramelised red onion quiche


Caramelised red onions with a touch of balsamic vinegar add a surprising depth of flavour to the traditional savoury custard quiche filling. Made with red onions, balsamic vinegar, free-range eggs, whole milk, fresh cream, Gruyére cheese, salt pepper and a dash of grated netmeg. The shortcrust pastry case is made with wheat flour, salt, butter and egg yolk.

Serves: 8 portions


Baked fresh to order, sealed in an airtight bag and chilled until delivery the next day.
