Chocolate Bundt Cake


This a lovely, moist chocolate cake baked in a traditional heavy-duty aluminium Bundt pan from the Minneapolis based Nordic Ware Company with a design which was first introduced in the 1950´s. Apart from looking timelessly elegant, a Bundt cake is also very practical as the ring shape makes slicing and serving a piece of cake, literally. The sponge is made from wheat flour, whole milk, butter ,sugar, free-range eggs, cocoa powder, baking powder and pure Madagascar vanilla extract. It has a rich ganache topping, made with Hershey´s semi-sweet chocolate and fresh dairy cream. White chocolate curls provide the finishing touch.


Large cake which serves at least 16 slices. Baked on the day of the order and frozen until delivery the following morning.
