Chocolate tart


Tarte au chocolat is another classic French tart which never goes out of fashion. Ours is made with a sweet, buttery shortcrust pastry base. It has a rich and velvety baked ganache-type filling made with semi-sweet chocolate, fresh cream, caster sugar, free-range eggs, cultured butter and Madagascar vanilla extract. Decorated with milk chocolate shavings. Best served at room temperature with cream or ice cream.

Serves: 8 - 10 portions.


Baked on the day of the order, wrapped in an airtight bag and frozen until delivery the following morning.
