Ciabatta loaf


This classic Italian ´´slipper´´ bread ticks all the boxes for the modern trend towards rustic breads with its flour-veined crust, holey texture and satisfyingly chewy crumb. It´s the perfect accompaniment for cold cuts and cheeses, soups and pasta dishes and makes a great base for an open sandwich.  Our Ciabatta is made with Italian 00 soft wheat flour from the famous Le 5 Stagioni mill in Parma where they have been milling high quality flours for over 150 years. Also contains mineral water, salt, yeast and olive oil.


Weight approx. 450 grams. Baked fresh on the day of delivery.
