Swedish cinnamon roll

The Kanelbullar, as it´s called in Sweden, is so popular there that it has a special day named after it.  It´s made with a sweet yeasted dough lightly spiced with cardomom, a highly aromatic spice from south India with a warm and spicy-sweet flavour. After being rolled out into a large rectangle, the dough gets a filling of softened butter, caster sugar. and cinnamon before being rolled up, cut into the familiar spiral shape and baked. It´s available with a choice of two toppings - toasted, flaked almonds or a vanilla glacê icing.

Average weight approx. 60 grams. Baked fresh on the day of delivery.
