Grain and seed loaf


We use a blend of Italian 00 unbleached soft wheat flour (70%) and stone-ground whole wheat flour (30%) to create a loaf which is light enough for everyday use but still has the goodness and flavour of whole wheat flour. Wheat and barley flakes, rolled oats, sunflower seeds, millet and linseed provide additional texture and taste. Also contains mineral water, salt, yeast, honey and olive oil.
