Lemon and poppy seed cake is a baking classic bursting with tangy lemon flavour. Ours is a moist and buttery cake made with the zest and juice of three whole lemons. Poppy seeds provide a subtle crunch. It´s made from wheat flour, baking powder, butter, caster sugar, whole milk, free-range eggs, poppy seeds, lemon juice, lemon zest and pure vanilla extract. It´s topped with a simple lemon glaze made from lemon juice and icing sugar.

Baked on the day of the order, sealed in an airtight bag and chiiled until delivery the following day.
