Lemon drizzle Bundt cake


This a lovely, moist cake bursting with fresh lemon flavour. It´s baked in a  traditional heavy-duty aluminium Bundt pan from the Minneapolis based Nordic Ware Company with a design which dates from the 1950´s. Apart from looking timelessly elegant, the ring shape of a Bundt cake makes it very easy to cut and serve. The sponge is made with flour, baking powder, butter, salt, free-range eggs, whole milk, caster sugar, pure Madagascar vanilla extract, fresh lemon juce and lemon zest. A simple glaze of icing sugar and fresh lemon juice provide the icing on the cake, literally.

Servings: 14 slices.


Large cake which serves 14 slices.. Baked on the day of the order and frozen until delivery the following morning.
