50/50 Whole wheat and white flour loaf with honey


This is a a very tasty, hearty and slightly sweet bread which is perfect for sandwiches and toasting. We use equal parts of stone-ground whole wheat flour and Italian 00 unbleached soft wheat flour to create a bread which is light enough for everyday use but still has the goodness and flavour of whole wheat flour. It also contains yeast, salt, mineral water, honey and olive oil. All our breads are twice-risen using only yeast as a leavening agent.


Baked on the day of delivery. Medium size loaf, net weight approximately 650 grams.
