Pain aux raisins


Only the French could transform what is essentially a bread roll into a delicious and satisfying breakfast pastry which is loved all around the world.  Our version is made with the traditional pâte viennoise, a rich and buttery laminated croissant dough. It has a filling of créme pâtissière and plump raisins, whilst an apricot jam glaze adds the finishing touch.
