This classic French tart with its savoury custard filling needs no introducion. Ours is made with free-range eggs, whole milk, fresh cream, Gruyère cheese, onion, bacon, English mustard, fresh parsley and a dash of grated nutmeg. It has a shortcrust pastry base made with wheat flour, butter and free-range egg.
Serves: 8-10 portions
Baked on the day of the order, sealed in an airtight bag and cilled until delivery the next day.
