Rye and wheat loaf with caraway seeds


For centuries a staple of bread making in Germany, Eastern Europe and Scandinavia, healthy and nutritious rye is finally becoming more popular in the UK and other English-speaking countries. We use a blend of Italian 00 unbleached soft wheat flour (80%) and whole grain rye flour (20%) to create a bread which is light enough for everyday use but still has the distinctive colour and  flavour of rye. Contains rye and wheat flour, mineral water, salt, yeast, olive oil, honey and caraway seeds.


Medium size loaf, weight approx. 600 grams. Baked fresh on the day of delivery.
