Ours is made with traditional sausage meat, comprising minced pork (85%), breadcrumbs (15%) and seasoned with fresh sage, thyme, onion powder, nutmeg, salt and black pepper. Wrapped in a rough puff pastry case made with wheat flour, butter, salt and mineral water.
