Stollen fruit bread


Germany´s famous fruit bread, traditionally eaten around Christmas time, has a long history so it´s no surprise that there are many regional variations. Our version includes candied fruits, raisins, sultanas, glacé cherries, honey, chopped almonds and lemon zest, with a marzipan surprise in the middle. Cinammon and mace provide the spicing, whilst a generous coating of icing sugar on top adds the finishing touch. Our Christmas Stollen with a seasonal marzipan decoration is available from November 25th for an additional R$10.

Serves: 12-14 slices


Medium sized loaf, weight approximately 650 grams. Baked on the day of the order and sealed in an airtight bag to maintain freshness.
